BSNL Re 1 Plan

Plan: Freedom 2.0 prepaid offer

How to Get the Freedom 2.0 Offer

The Freedom 2.0 offer is intended for BSNL prepaid consumers in India. To check whether it can be activated for your connection, visit your nearest BSNL customer service centre or an authorised retailer. The offer is listed as available until November 9, 2026, but consumers should confirm availability at the outlet before proceeding.

• Visit an outlet: Go to a nearby BSNL customer service centre or authorised retailer.
• Ask for Freedom 2.0: Tell the staff that you want to check the Re 1 prepaid offer.
• Confirm the details: Check the ₹1 price, 24-day validity, daily data allowance, calling benefits and SMS allowance before activation.
• Follow the activation process: Complete the steps explained by the BSNL representative or retailer for your connection.
• Check official information: For general operator information, visit the official BSNL website. The local outlet can confirm whether this particular offer is available for activation.

Ask the outlet to explain how the daily data allowance applies to your connection and when the service validity will end. Do not assume that unused data carries forward or that any additional benefit applies unless the representative confirms it for this offer. Keep the recharge details for reference in case you need to check the activation or validity later.

Before visiting an outlet, make sure you have the details of the BSNL prepaid connection for which you want to check the offer. Ask the representative to confirm that the Freedom 2.0 promotion is currently being accepted and whether any activation conditions apply to your number. Do not assume that the offer has been activated until the retailer or customer service representative confirms the transaction. Because the promotion has a deadline, check availability before travelling to the outlet and confirm the applicable benefits and validity at activation.

It is useful to verify the plan details at the time of recharge because the offer has a stated end date and its validity differs from the earlier 30-day period. Keep the revised 24-day validity in mind when comparing it with other prepaid options. The daily data and SMS limits are separate allowances, while voice calling is described as unlimited under the offer. If you need more than 1GB of data per day, compare the daily allowance with other available prepaid plans before choosing. Also check the date on which the 24-day service period will begin, so you can plan your next recharge accordingly.
