iQOO is reportedly working on a new addition to its Neo series, possibly named the iQOO Neo 10S Pro+. A recent leak hints that this upcoming model may feature the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, making it a strong contender in the upper mid-range smartphone category. While the official confirmation is still awaited, details shared by a well-known tipster suggest that the device could offer premium specifications tailored for gaming and performance-focused users.

According to reports, the iQOO Neo 10S Pro+ might boast a 6.82-inch flat OLED display with a 2K resolution. The device is also expected to feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, which would be an upgrade from the optical sensors used in previous models. If true, this enhancement could improve both security and responsiveness. Additionally, iQOO is said to be incorporating an independent graphics chip to enhance gaming performance and overall visual experience.

iQOO Snapdragon 8 Elite and Expected Specifications

The smartphone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, positioning it as a performance-driven device. The predecessor, iQOO Neo 9S Pro+, featured the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, making it likely that iQOO will opt for the newer Snapdragon 8 Elite for its next-gen model. If the device launches mid-year, it could coincide with the second-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset release.

Although full specifications remain unconfirmed, leaks suggest that the Neo 10S Pro+ might feature a dual-camera setup with two 50MP sensors, complemented by a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. Powering the device could be a robust 6,100mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging, ensuring prolonged usage with minimal downtime. On the software front, the smartphone is likely to run OriginOS 5, based on Android 15, offering an optimized and fluid user experience.

Another model, the iQOO Neo 10S Pro, is also rumored to launch alongside the Pro+ version. This variant is expected to be equipped with the Dimensity 9400+ chipset, which is anticipated to debut in China on April 11. While the specifications for the standard Pro model remain unclear, it could serve as a slightly more affordable alternative to the Neo 10S Pro+.

As of now, there is no official word on the India launch of these smartphones. However, iQOO has confirmed that the Neo 10R will make its debut on March 11, 2025. This device is expected to feature a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, and gaming-centric features such as a dedicated e-sports mode, a 2,000Hz touch sampling rate, and a sizable 6,400mAh battery with 80W fast charging. Additionally, the Neo 10R is designed with a slim profile, measuring just 7.98mm in thickness.

If the leaks hold true, this model may offer a balanced mix of power, gaming efficiency, and camera performance. As we await an official confirmation, tech enthusiasts will be keen to see how iQOO positions the Neo 10S Pro+ in the competitive market.
