Honor has launched the Honor X9e Pro in the UAE, with a focus on battery capacity, display quality and durability. The phone combines a 120Hz AMOLED screen with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processor, a 108MP main camera and an 11,000mAh battery. It is offered in two memory configurations, both with 256GB of storage.

The Honor X9e Pro also supports 80W Honor SuperCharge, wired reverse charging and several water and dust protection ratings. Its UAE prices start at AED 1,499. Honor has not confirmed an India launch or India pricing, so the UAE prices should not be treated as Indian availability details.

Honor X9e Pro Battery and Charging

The phone has an 11,000mAh battery built using fourth-generation silicon-carbon technology. Honor claims that it can provide up to three days of normal use. Actual battery life will depend on how the phone is used, including screen settings and the apps running on it.

Charging is handled by 80W Honor SuperCharge. The device also supports 27W wired reverse charging, allowing it to supply power to other compatible devices. Honor says the battery is designed to deliver good use over six years. This is a battery durability design claim, rather than a guarantee that every user will get the same battery performance for that entire period.

120Hz AMOLED Display and Snapdragon Processor

The Honor X9e Pro features a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a resolution of 2788 x 1280 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The higher refresh rate is intended to make scrolling and supported animations appear smoother. The display also supports up to 10,000 nits of peak brightness, but that figure applies only in special HDR conditions and to a limited area of the screen.

For viewing comfort, the display includes 3840Hz PWM dimming and eye-comfort features. The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processor, built on a 4nm process, alongside an Adreno 812 GPU. It runs Android 16 with MagicOS 10 and comes with 256GB storage. The listed configurations offer either 8GB or 12GB RAM.

108MP Camera and AI Features

On the rear, the Honor X9e Pro has a 108MP main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and electronic image stabilisation (EIS), along with a 5MP ultra-wide camera. The rear camera system supports 4K video recording. A 16MP camera is provided on the front for selfies and video calls.

The phone includes Google Gemini and Creative Editor 2.0 among its AI features. These add AI assistance and creative editing options to the software experience. The listed features are part of the device’s software offering; specific capabilities may depend on the app, service and availability in a user’s region.

Durability and Colour Options

Honor has built the phone around a 360-degree shock-absorbing architecture designed to help protect it from drops of up to three metres. It carries IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings. These ratings relate to tested protection against water and dust exposure, although they do not make a phone indestructible or remove the need for care around liquids and impacts.

The Honor X9e Pro is available in Deep Purple, Reddish Brown, Dawn Gold and Midnight Black. For context within the same family, MobileTelco has also covered the Honor X9c 5G specifications and price.
