Latest Update: October 14, 2026
Samsung is expanding the stable One UI 9 update, based on Android 17, to more Galaxy phones worldwide. The latest rollout includes the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy S24 FE and Galaxy A57. The update first launched in South Korea before reaching India, the UK and other markets, marking a wider release for the S24 family and Samsung’s mid-range A57 model.
The build identifiers differ by device group. The Galaxy S24 series is receiving build EZIF, while the Galaxy A57 update carries build BZIE. A separate build number for the Galaxy S24 FE has not been specified in the available rollout details, so it should not be inferred from the S24 series code.
As with other major Samsung software releases, availability is staged and can vary by region, carrier and model variant. Some eligible phones may show the download before others in the same market. Owners can check Settings > Software update > Download and install to see whether the stable release is available for their device. If it is not listed yet, checking again later is reasonable; the current information does not establish one completion date for every market.
